Our 1800 square foot Ocean View condo sits 200 yards from the Pacific Ocean. An expansive bank of windows in the living area allows you to watch storms coming and going, whales migrating, fishing boats trolling, and colorful wind surfers enjoying the ocean waves. The Condo is located in the exclusive gated community of South Beach which includes tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna, and workout room. In addition, Newport boasts great restaurants, chartered fishing trips, crabbing, clamming, and aquarium and a science center. Thirty miles of breathtaking Oregon coast line in either direction will amaze you along with the seven miles of sandy, walkable beach in front of the condo. Within 5 minutes you can be hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, surfing, fishing, crabbing, clamming, whale watching, shopping, or eating fresh Dungeness crab! |
| facility description | Ocean View Condo is a two bedroom (one large ocean front suite with queen bed and one smaller room with trundle twin beds), two bathroom home with a full kitchen, living room (including TV, DVD, etc.), patio, and garage. The community has a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, workout room, and tennis courts, along with walking paths through beautifully maintained grounds and a wildlife preserve. No more than four adults or two adults and two children are allowed. Sorry, but no pets or smoking allowed. |
